August is Hot!

Pensacola was VERY hot --  116 with the heat index -- but we really enjoyed our first time alone together since Jordan was born! It was work time for Rusty, but we enjoyed the evenings and the weekend, just doing whatever we wanted. We also got to connect with Brandie Longoria and her daughters Maureen and Evelyn who live in Georgia -- so wonderful to see them (and to meet Evelyn for the first time). The beach in Pensacola was stunning, even though it was still recovering from two hurricanes and bracing for another, and the water was at least 85 degrees.
